Who is a Shadow Teacher?

A Shadow Teacher is teaching aide or assistant who works directly with a student who has learning and behaviour difficulties, to improve their classroom learning experiences.

Usually, a shadow teacher works with students who have learning and behaviour differences and need the individual support of a para-professional who has been trained to support children with exceptionalities.

We train and place Shadows with children who need support.
